Fiona is a Corporate Services Manager having joined Segovia in 2022. She was previously with a large Singapore law firm handling a portfolio comprising of local and multi-national private limited companies, Singapore branches, and public companies listed on the Main Board and Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Earlier she spent time with a large international trust group handling all facets of Singapore companies. Fiona has 10+ years of experience in the corporate industry and is responsible for the incorporation and management of companies in Singapore, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and the Seychelles. She is based in the Singapore office and acts as a company secretary for Singapore companies.
